Background¶
Ingredients¶
- 1 cup hot beef stock
- 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Steps¶
- Dissolve the beef stock in 1 cup of water in a pot 
- Separately dissolve the flour in a few spoons of hot beed stock and add the Worcestershire sauce and butter. 
- Pour this mixture in the stock and cook with low heat till it boils stirring continuously. 
- Boil till the gravy changes color (a caramel brown).   - Preparation
